Stage 1 (Diagnose) is in HOSI ExCo’s hands as the v3 proposal. Once signed, Stages 2–3 open in parallel: Business Design synthesises the existing MarComm Brief and Growth Strategy into a single canonical document; Brand Strategy operationalises it into the BOS.
