Three reference documents stepped from v1.0 to v1.1 with full client sign-off. The Help Desk activated from placeholder to a working four-FAQ system. The strategic backbone is now substantive enough to underwrite the next phase — operationalising the brand into team workflows and parent-facing surfaces.
